To achieve certification each website undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.2 to level AA.
The website underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blind, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger and anxiety and panic disorder.
All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Journey

Users will receive an activation link by email.
- Click on the link to setup your account and add MFA to your phone.
- Login with MFA, select ‘Spring Hall Group Practice’ and continue.
- Test the resulting Homepage.
- From the Side menu, select “Patient Finder”.
- In the modal, search for “Miss Amy Short”, choose her, and select the ‘Patient’ tab.
- On Amy’s information screen, go to the ‘Actions’ menu and then select “Consultation” from the options.

When the modal appears, click ‘Start Consultation’.
- Note: screen will update.
- Under Notes, in the ‘Presenting reason’ section, type “Asthma” and select the option.

In the History section:
- type in “.Fam his of ast”, and select "Family history of asthma"
- type “.Father” and select “Father”
(you can use shortcut / or press Actions)

Click on the ‘Actions’ menu in the Notes section and select “Observation”.
- A modal will pop up, find “BP - Blood pressure” and select it.
The modal will update. - Enter the Values of Systolic: 120 and Diastolic: 80.
- Press Save
- A modal will pop up, find “BP - Blood pressure” and select it.

Click on ‘Actions’ and select “Allergies”.
- In the ‘Allergy code’ enter "Paracetamol".
- Save (screen will update).
- In ‘Actions’ select “Medication elsewhere” (modal will appear) and add “ibuprofen” in the ‘drug/device’ and click Save.

Click on ‘Actions’ and select “Prescription”.
- In ‘Product’ enter “inhaler” and select an option.
- In ‘Dosage’, select “Enter free text” and enter 1.
- In ‘Issue quantity’ enter 1.
- Select an ‘Authorised practitioner’.
Click ‘Authorise and continue’. - Click ‘Close’ for the modal that appears.

Click on ‘Actions’ and select “Fit note”.
- A modal will appear
- Select “New” under ‘Type’.
- Enter “1 day”, under ‘Number of days’.
- Set ‘Issue method’ to “Print”.
- Click “Save and Print”
(Click Cancel on the Print Screen)

Click on ‘Actions’ and select “Immunisation”.
- Choose the Patient Group of “over 65 years”.
- Chose to “Manually enter information”.
- Search for "Administration of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine".
- In ‘Dose sequence’ enter 1.
- In ‘Product’ search for “Pfizer” and select an option.
- In ‘Reason given’ select “Requires vaccination”.
- Click on ‘Record immunisation’.

In ‘Actions’ select “Future Action/Recall”.
- In ‘Code’ Add "Asthma annual Review".
- In ‘Due’ Choose “During a particular Month”,
and Enter a Month and next year’s number for the ‘Planned date’. - Save

In ‘Tasks & Appointments’:
- Select “Book an Appointment”.
- Select “August CSG Service”, then “GPC”.
- Find next available slot by clicking the “Next” button.
- Fill out the form with dummy information and book an appointment.
- Complete the consultation.
- Return to homepage and end of test.
